Delivery and Payment

Cash on Delivery

Payment for ordered products is made in cash upon receipt of the shipment, in accordance with the applicable terms and pricing policy of the Daily Express courier service.

Ordered products will be delivered to the address provided during the ordering process. Deliveries are carried out by Daily Express throughout the territory of the Republic of Serbia, excluding Kosovo and Metohija.

Free delivery is available for all orders exceeding RSD 4,500.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible following order confirmation. Delivery times depend on the operational schedule and conditions of the courier service.

Damaged Shipments

We kindly ask customers to inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery. If any damage to the packaging or contents is noticed, please contact the Daily Express Customer Service Center without delay at:

and request that the courier return to your location in order to prepare an official damage report.

The preparation of a damage report by the courier is a mandatory requirement for initiating and processing any claim or complaint. Claims submitted without the appropriate courier damage report may not be accepted.
