Crumbly, dairy-free and always the first to disappear from the plate.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of tahini
- 200 ml of oil
- 200 g of icing sugar
- about 3 ½ cups of flour
- half a cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Beat the tahini, oil, icing sugar and vanilla, then stir in the walnuts.
- Add the sifted flour in several batches until you have a soft dough that shapes easily.
- Roll into balls and arrange on baking paper — do not flatten them, they should stay tall.
- Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Let them cool completely in the tin, as they are very fragile while warm.
